Sky Sports reveals Manchester United are set to cut up to 250 jobs at the club. Sir Jim Rackliffe bought a 27.7 per cent stake in the Red Devils, worth around £1.25 billion, in February.

Over the past several months, the INEOS CEO has been making changes to the structure of Manchester United. Both executive and operational to meet the needs and improve efficiency UFABET

Sky Sports recently revealed that after an internal review of the club’s working structure. And the various departments operating both in front of and behind the scenes. Ratcliffe is preparing to order the layoff of 250 staff.

The case comes after Ratcliffe’s assessment team found duplication of work and unnecessary work. Leading the new shareholders to plan to reduce staff numbers to help save the club’s costs. Which have been increasing year on year.

The move will affect all departments and divisions of the club. (with the exception of the Manchester United Foundation) and will see around 250 staff and personnel leave their roles.

A source told Sky Sports that the review team also found the club’s current structure. And working patterns did not reflect what was happening on and off the pitch, leading Ratcliffe to make a major overhaul. Including layoffs and redundancies.
